An announcement from the City of Canal Fulton

The City has entered into an electric aggregation program with FirstEnergy Solution for the term of September 2009-May 2012.  

The standard residential rate (non-heating) discount will be 6%.    

You will automatically be in the program, unless you have an all-electric home. 

For commercial accounts, the discount will be 4%, based upon usage under 199kWd.    National accounts (e.g. McDonald's, Dollar General) as well as eligible commercial accounts with annual usage ovre 700,000 will be offered the commercial discounts but they must "opt-in" to the program.
